GDPR is short for General Data Protection Regulation and this acronym is a new EU law that came into effect on 25 May 2018 to replace the current Data Protection Act.It’s the biggest overhaul of data protection legislation for over 25 years, and is introducing new requirements for how organisations must process personal data.The law states that all organisations in the European Union or all organisations processing personal information of the EU citizens must comply with GDPR.

Personal Information - When downloading our brochure and food menu, you are asked to enter your email address, again when submitting an enquiry or comment on our website, as appropriate, you are asked to enter email address, phone number, message or comment to help you with your user experience and to help you with the services of Plateau Guest House.
  2. When do we collect information? - We collect information from you when you our brochure,company profile,and annual report and when you want to enquire or submit an email comment. Though there is the block section, we do not collect any personal information via the blog, however that information is collected by third party company and that is Disqus.com

    To personalize user's experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and service offerings in which you are most interested.
    To improve our website in order to better serve you.
